How to Return An Item

We have a  31-day return policy, please see our Returns Policy for full details.  

  • You have 31 days from purchase to return your item(s) back to our warehouse.
  • Items were not Final Sale at the time of purchase.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with the original tags still attached.
  • Personalised items cannot be returned for a refund for change of mind.

Returning an Item for a Refund

To exchange an order, please return your original item and then place a new online order for a replacement item. By placing a new order immediately, your new product will arrive much faster.

Ready to return?  

If you want to return an item, as per our Returns Policy please follow the below instructions:

1. Repack your items: Include the form contained in your package and your items in new and unused condition with all original packaging and labels.

2. Refurn to

3. Please obtain proof of postage: We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit and it is your responsibility to obtain proof of post. Please use a service like Australia Registered Post. 

We cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Credit notes or exchanges will only be given on the item value; delivery charges are not refundable. An additional delivery cost may be charged for exchanged items.

An issue with the items received?

If there is an issue with the items received please send us photos of the item you wish to return front & back including the product labels, a picture of the delivery note that came with your package, and the information below so we can arrange a return label to be emailed to you and process the return.

If your item is customized/personalized, please check the description of the item as it will confirm if this item is returnable and/or contact customer service directly before returning it.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned goods if they are lost in transit, and it is your responsibility to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate or have adequately insured the goods using a recorded or special delivery service for returning your goods.

Once your items have reached our warehouse we'll process the return as soon as possible and in any event within 14 calendar days of receipt. 

Once processed, refunds can take up to five (5) business days to show on your account, depending on your bank.
