Delivery before Christmas
To make sure your order arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend ordering by the following dates:

*The above delivery cut-off dates do not guarantee delivery by Christmas Day and are estimates by NZ Post and DHL only. In order to avoid disappointment, we advise ordering as early as possible.
International Deliveries:
For orders outside New Zealand, please allow extra time for clearing customs, we recommend ordering by 29 November.

Extended Returns
We recognize that some fans may need a bit more time to return gifts, which is why we've extended our regular 31-day returns period for the Holiday Season.
For purchases made between November 14 - December 24, 2024, you'll have until January 31, 2025 to return your item(s) to us as long as it abides by our Returns Policy.
